Susan Turney practiced Business Law for several years with a well-known Woodlands-based business law firm before opening the Law Office of Susan A. Turney in 2008.   Her commitment to protect her clients’ best interests with not only legal, but practical advice, and timely, responsive communication has been, and continues to be, the cornerstone of her practice.

Susan Turney provides General Business Representation for companies, owners and executives including the review, negotiation and documentation of all types of contracts, including service agreements, manufacturing agreements, contractor and subcontractor agreements, sales contracts, distributor agreements, licenses and commercial leases. She represents her clients on a variety of matters, including but not limited to, corporate governance, shareholders' agreements, partnership and limited liability company agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, loan agreements, commercial leases and other commercial real estate matters, non-disclosure agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and employee issues.

Susan Turney’s practice also includes Estate Planning and Probate, including Wills, Trusts, and other estate planning vehicles, powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives.
